Creamy Chicken and Cheese Rice

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Serves: 4 people

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large pan, heat olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
  2. Add the shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the cooked rice and mix well.
  4. Pour in the cream and milk, stirring until creamy.
  5. Add the mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and well combined.
  6. Serve hot with chopped parsley on top if desired.
